The manager was awful. He was a racist and spoke to us very rudely and loudly. I would never want him working for my company..

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulPricing for the 5x8 pod boxes was ridiculously expensive
LORI M | Experiencia generalVery smooth transition. Staff is very helpful Kennedy was professional and helpful. He works well with all the u haul staff and is there go to guy for moving people in and out of the facility
Lynn W | Primeras impresionesThey went above and beyond to give us personal care. I would use again.
Stepheni L | Experiencia generalAwesome people to deal with.
Jay S | Experiencia generalMy move in experience at the Milford, OH location was excellent. The young man who took care of me was above all, very professional & knowledgeable while at the same time very personable, friendly & accommodating. Thank you!
Phyllis B | Mudanza en líneaThe gentleman that helped me was very nice, very polite and answered all my questions I would give him a five star
forrestena z | Primeras impresionesHave an issue with alarms going off but nobody addressing them. Last time we were on site there was a constant peeping and facility was on the warm side. do appreciate the donation area.
Mark F | Experiencia generalThanks!
Nathan B | Experiencia generalI love that there was no initial setup fee. I looked up other providers that were allegedly cheaper but once you got to the end of the process, there were all kinds of other fees like setup charges and having to pay for a lock. Only think I wish would have been a little clearer is the access code situation - the way it is displayed it is not obvious that you have to put an '*' in front of the number...so I got really confused when the alarm kept going off! Other than that, no issues and I think the space will work well for what I need.
