If it's in the winter with snow on ground Absolutely not…. I went to pick up U-Haul on Monday January 13th around 10 am the guy that waited on me told me where about the truck was in back told me if there was snow clean it well we were looking for the truck about 10 minutes then I fell hurt my shoulder and wrist back walked back in and the guy said he was sorry and salt was coming REALLY I left there around 11:20 and then told me truck had to be back next day at 11… poor customer service…..It's January 18th and I still hurting .When I went in the next day another guy waited on me I told him what happened and he said the guy told him that Monday was a crazy day and I fell on ice…. I always thought they bring the truck up to the front and give it to you Apparently not……..

CONNIE RThis is not the location I was directed to drop off. Because of snow I was unable. As of today the location I was directed to drop off is still closed and buried in snow. I had to drive to an alternate location without any mileage allowance.

PAULINE O | Overall ExperienceOnly employee was not customer friendly. Was at door at 8:50am. He opened the doors at 9am, just unlock the door and went back to his chair and was "eating" chips and salsa. Never "Opened" the door nor did he acknowledged myself or the other customer at the door or when we walked in. Other main issue was not asked about additional insurance and he charge me for it. When I returned, he said he took it off. My invoice still has it on the invoice. Not an issue with U-Haul, just with this employee.

GARY TU-Haul at Beechmont Avenue! Not only did our truck work perfectly but upon dropping off the rental our family van (and only car) decided not to start. Steve was SO kind about letting us leave it there overnight and letting us extend our U-Haul rental. He also went above and beyond and let it be worked on right on the lot so we didn't have to pay a tow fee at Christmas time. This is not the first time this business has helped us out in a bind. During the used car shortage around covid time we also were able to rent one of their trucks for three months when another local business sold us a bad van. Our family HIGHLY recommends them!
MINDY WPerson working gave no assistance what so ever. I was told to pull around back and park the trailer in spot O. Had to back it up in the dark without assistance. I also had to unhook the trailer by myself. At 70 plus years of age it was quite difficult. That being said what could be done better goes without saying.
RICHARD JMaybe the fact that I owed 12$ was never given a call saying that I owed such money after the fact of me giving 100! Deposit. THAN I get notifications from my bank saying uhual is trying to charge me 42$ when I wasn't even notified that I owed such money I got an email saying I owed 12 dollars not 42$! Very bad business. If you would've given me a call saying I owed 12 dollars I would've payed it right away. I am not paying 42$ to you because that is not how much I owed. I gave you 100$ and the final bill totaled to 112$. I used the uhual for 4 hours. And you're trying to overcharge me? Typical big business. Rip off the little guy.
NICHOLAS LTruck was filthy. Interior windshield had something all over it. Dash had stuff all over it. Carpet needed vacuumed. You could hear the transmission struggling and I never went over 50 mph. Truck needs some TLC

Jean MTPS light was on, but tires were fine The truck automatically locked the doors while key fob was inside locking me out. No problem as I was only 2 miles from the pick up spot. Drove to U-Haul spot and they did not have an extra key! No spare. Key!! U-Haul wants to charge me 200.00 for sending a contractor to get in the rental truck. I had no choice. I will dispute this charge! Terrible customer service!

DOUGLAS MI have rented from UHaul Beechmont many times and the customer service has always been a great experience. They go out of their way to make sure you are pleased and want to come back to rent again.
J WFirst- this is NOT my 1st time renting from UHaul. You can check my email address showing multiple transactions oboys_4@yahoo.com so that being said, upon attempting to make this initial reservation in the app on my phone- wanting to make this a contactless rental (as I have done in the past) it prompted a UHaul representative to contact me via phone (text then call) making the reservation process even more complicated. I was not comfortable giving her my credit card info over the phone (again, bc I had already done so in the app). I gave her my address and she didn't set my reservation with the closest UHaul rental center to my address. As a matter of fact she offered a location on the other side of Cincinnati that wasn't anywhere near me. Don't you have better navigation mapping for employees to use when setting reservations up? UHaul has been around for awhile right? Was this so that they could charge me more for milage? POSSIBLY!!! I then received a few more emails, texts and was told to call another representative. This was all too much. I don't know what changed from last years protocols but I am not happy with this transaction. Last years contactless went so much easier. So- The day/time of my reservation came and (mind you I have 8 friends and family waiting in cars to help me move) I entered the Beechmont Ave store (which was not the closest location to my house) anyway- but there was no one at the counter so I decided to go out front to locate an employee. The OWNER (Will) who was moving trucks around out front, walked past me numerous times and never acknowledged I was there. A couple had walked past me & went inside the store. I witnessed Will finishing, he walked right past me to go inside, walked around the counter and asked the couple how he could help them. Mind you- I had already been standing out front watching Will for a good 15 minutes and he had looked at me several times, he even walked around me, never acknowledging me. My friends and family witnessed all of this bc I was outside where they were sitting in their cars waiting for me. So that didn't start out good. He didn't even apologize for skipping over me. He excused his rudeness by explaining that THAT couple was in line at the counter. He should definitely work on customer service skills. The website you use for checking the condition of the truck is useless, the application couldn't take the pictures it was requesting. So I had to leave the premises without completing that part. The truck steering wheel/mechanism was off and a little difficult to drive. My reservation was for a 15ft truck. Was supposed to be $29.99 plus 40miles free yet I was charged $66. My starting milage was 127,550 and returned with 127,563 a whopping 13miles. Yet charged double with shitty customer service all around. We got the move done but I will not use or recommend you ever again.

Lee TGot uhaul truck at 11am said i would have it back buy 6pm I was not done with it so I called to see if I could keep it till 8pm the guy answered said no they would have to charge me another 22$ so I just bought it back. Thinking I could of kept it 24 hrs
