I reported it to the manager and he acted as if it was nothing and brushed off my concerns; The next day I moved my things out. I like to collect shoes and I Really Don’t Appreciate The Insulation falling in my unit nor the way the situation was handled.

I have been paying my bill late a lot lately because of my poor health and I cannot work as a Substitute Teacher during Summer School because most of the students who attend the Chicago Public Schools do not need to attend the Summer Bridge Program.

Spent about 4 months with U-Haul , regretted my decision not to have tried U-Haul all these while . The facility was sparkling clean , well ventilated , customer friendly , and most important of all , cheaper in pricing .Best value for money and experience . What else can I say than a Big thank you .

The employees lied on me and the manager unprovoked closed my account after calling the facility out on theft because it was exposed that my storage had been accessed a day that I was not in Chicago and when I accessed my unit again things were missing.
