Personal had inspected the vehicle as I returned and once I turned around he said It had a scratch, I didn’t notice it and he didn’t see it either until I check the mileage ask how will I get my reimbursement for the Millage I didn’t used I paid for 150 miles and I only used 98 miles. He reply they will give back to your account. Once I was inside my car he supposedly recheck and count a scratch where he had already check. Now they are charging me for something I did not due $150 this is just a rip off.

Just explain the return on your own part because when I brought it back it asked questions at the end it told me my total and asked for my card to pay but I already paid. So the lady was walking out and she explained to me what to do. So that's confusing thinking I was getting charged again

Trailer had not been swept out. All trailers should come with stands: being able to unhook trailers from your vehicle during a trip would make many situations much easier.

Rented a 10 foot truck plus trailer and no one helped with a least with any trailer instructions or even take the time to tell us the side does down so I can get out the car that's on the trailer. $2000 spent and couldn't help at all.

Make sure equipment is working before wasting peoples time. Go to one location they dont have equipment, they send me to second location after hooking trailer up to my truck lights on trailer not working, i had to get a 20 ft truck and pay extra of what i had planned . Truck was used for garbage because i opened back door a d it was dirty with drywall and the ramp was also full of dryall

The so-called Manager is very unprofessional. He has very limited customer service skills and is rude to customers. He charged me for an extra day rental before verifying the exact time I returned the truck.

I booked last minute and was glad to find a place that had a U-Haul truck available. The truck that i originally rented was not available and they accommodated home without hesitation. Vehicle was cleaned and ran well. I receive top of the notch customer service from the initial contact to closing out my contract.

The following is not about my experience with the staff and facility on 47th street, they were excellent, it’s about my uhaul experience. I was very disappointed with my rental scheduling, my original pick location (walking distance to my home) moved my reservation to the above location (25 minutes away), they tried to call it a “favor” and also stated they “tried to call me” not understanding at all they inconvenience created by them, or perhaps the scheduling office, no sympathy at all. This not only added an Uber expense, but also additional gas/mileage expenses (I was moving a couple of blocks away from my current home, which would’ve yielded minimal mileage and allowed me to walk home after returning)... and let’s not mention the 2 hours lost between picking up and dropping off the rental.... terrible.

The girls work at this let me fill a b or c customer even if I paid full price I came at 848 am I know the location open at 9 but I still asked for early service and I got very rude no from the girls that work there and the girl that check me in was super Rude and the truck was fun off graffiti the fuel was in correct but I couldn’t check before she didn’t want to give me the key before I will complete the check in on the up but if I am not by the truck I can’t answer this question so you may want to improve this and this girls may need to do any think but service

The gentleman (Luis Lopez) that was helping us was literally rushing us while my husband and I were still wanting to look around the store at some moving supplies we needed. I wanted to purchase boxes, mattress covers, etc. but he was rushing my husband to pay and get outside to connect the trailer. So then my husband had to go back and make another transaction.

You can improve this location by having the employee's know what belongs to customers and what Uhaul owns. the employee took 2 of my straps from the Pick up truck I rented and payed Cash!!! Uhaul still has not taking my $140.00 Off Hold!!!!!!! It's been 10 days now. LET GO OF MY MONEY

Get ALL of your TRUCKS and VANS- coated with an ANTI-GRAFFITI Paint- that causes the "taggers" paint to not adhere.

I lost $150 because of a change in the pick up location and time. I had to drive twice as far and pay twice as much because UHaul cannot stay consistent with their commitments to their customers. Will not be using UHaul again.

This is the second time I rented a truck at this facility. This time I rented and returned it during business hours and was much more pleased today than the last time. The people are friendly and knowledgable. My only advice would be make sure you return your truck during business hours because the after hours process is a real hassle!

The guy who helped me out to get the truck was very nice and helpful. But when I reserved the truck I put in all of my information on the internet and reserved it with a credit card and when I got to the location to get the truck I was told that none of my information saved and I had to repeat the entire process over again. Other than having to take an additional 10 minutes to re-do everything it was ok. Returning the truth I was another story. The guy did not tell me they'd be closed at the time I was scheduled to return the truck. And the online process of returning the truck was ridiculous! You have to take tons of photos and such. We never had to do this in the past. This is just because they are too lazy to actually inspect the truck themselves. Needless to say I would rent a truck at this location again due to their friendliness but they should tell you more about the process of returning a truck after hours and let you know that you're scheduled to return it after hours if that is the case.

STOP-ALL-THE-ADD-ON-FEES! You’re killin me! Compared to ZIPVAN-where it’s one price per hour. No extra for mileage. No extra for “Environmental Fee”( -total profit-4-u) No-top off GAS-or we charge you $15.00/Gallon. What starts out as a fair deal- Does NOT-end up that way. Please rethink-your local-short-time-use-Pricing-model, and make it more-like UBER-LYFT-and ZIPCAR/ZIPVAN.

I recommend this location because, I originally reserved a van at a different location and it was confirmed but when I got there they already rented it out. This place on Brighton Park saved my job and tail at the last minute. It’s not the first time I needed one last minute and they took care of me in a jiffy(other Uhauls you wait two hours just to check out.). Thank you to the staff, I appreciate it.
