Storage area very clean and convenient. Put my worries about my stuff at ease. Kind of expensive.
There was a problem with the climate control - it was not working while I was there in July and August. Wine stored there was ruined and I was unable to sort through the belongings as needed because working in the heat made me ill. A repairman was there but the problem was not resolved. The staff was great but I was very upset. Precious has gone above and beyond . The premises are safe and clean. The entire staff professional and helpful.
We were using facility for temporary storage until we were totally moved into new home in Briar Chapel.Very convenient for us to move items as needed.
My car was damaged while parked in the lot. I have requested information from the site's manager, hoping they can share what was caught on the lot cameras but I have not hear back from them.
They kept every promise and were very accommodating with every step of the process. Very polite and efficient young lady in the office.

While I’m sure it is stated in the contract, when I checked out yesterday I was informed I would not receive a credit for my unused time. This resulted in a loss of over $200, an amount hard to accept in these difficult times. I believe I should have been compensated for the unused time as the facility can now rent the space a gain. Seems a little unfair
