It was very slow everyone was nice enough but did not help me with web site. I lost 4 hours of labor that`s more then 250 cause no one in the store could help me with a uhaul web site. Pathetic

U-Haul managed to screw up the store location in the city I moved from, ship the U-box two days late, screw up the store location where the box was being delivered, and overcharge me!
