Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulBrandi and staff were great!!
schenik a | First ImpressionsThey were such a pleasure to work eith
Ann R | Overall ExperienceThe hours for this facility were good. But when i went to move my stuff out of my storage unit, i couldn't get into the bays near my unit to get my things. 2 personal vehicles were parked there & the staff refused to have them moved long enough for me to get my unit emptied when i had 3 vehicles waiting. 4 other people couldn't even get in to get their things either & left. The staff was very rude, unprofessional, & refused to do anything to help mw out with my situation. I will never use this facility again or recommend it to it anyone else.
BARBARA A | Overall ExperienceVery friendly manager and staff!
robert l | First ImpressionsThe guy was very nice and friendly and explained everything to us very clearly.
Margot A | First ImpressionsFabulous friendly staff
sue z | First ImpressionsYou would think you would love to keep steady customers, but you kept rising prices, it was cheaper to go to your competitors getting two rooms versus one it's still at a cheaper price than what you were charging me after 6 years of loyalty
John B | Overall ExperienceI wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
Jean R | Overall ExperienceI moved a few items in today 07/06/26 and was totally shocked to see how dirty and infested with dead bugs! I had to literally clean it out myself! Half the tile is gone! My brother's unit is great compared to mine! I will keep this unit, but I hope you make this right with me. Plus, you said I would be able to get the same price as my brother's $134.95, and lock it in for that price when we talked with you on the 1st of July. I hope to hear back from you Brandi very soon. Thank you, . My unit is 1099 if you need to look at it. If you need to call me , my number is [redacted].
Rich P | First ImpressionsI never used it but there was 3 guys there 2 on there phones and no other customers would had been nice if they showed my the storage unit and went to show me the truck I reserved. I guess they where to busy on there phones. Just not good at customer service that day.
Sara K | Overall ExperienceI am very satisfied with using the storage unit. The facility is very clean and convenient to access.
