I was served by the polite and engaging store floor manager. He was helpful, listened to my needs, provided me with the vehicle I needed and excellent instructions as to my vehicle maintenance, storage care, and insurance considerations. He also showed and sold me packaging and equipment my needs. Remembered my first name upon my returns to the store as i had to twice had to extend the rental due to finishing delays on work being done a my home.

shyla r | Overall ExperienceI was told that the stores that bring in the most revenue are the stores that issue the most late payments on their customers. That’s coming from your staff. People, multiple people live in their units. I’ve seen it on a few occasions. one person tried to sell me his bike. There has to be some U-Haul policy saying that can’t happen. And if not the state of Michigan probably has a law against it. The docks are sometimes filthy. I am so glad I don’t have my things there anymore.
