I only have two wish list items: a.) it would be nice to have a dock plate to make the transition from truck to dock easier. It was a bit unsafe to have the gap there. and b.) to complement the selection of carts to include a furniture dolly. Our thanks to the staff and the company for an easy move-in process!

He was helpful, listened to my needs, provided me with the vehicle I needed and excellent instructions as to my vehicle maintenance, storage care, and insurance considerations. He also showed and sold me packaging and equipment my needs. Remembered my first name upon my returns to the store as i had to twice had to extend the rental due to finishing delays on work being done a my home.
