THERESA A. | Overall ExperienceWe came across many issues for only storing for less than 2 months. Staff was very friendly and helpful but at times seemed to be under staffed especially to deal with cleanliness issues. In the building we were in the bathroom was often dirty with garbage overflowing. Hallways not swept so carts would get caught up. We swept out our unit but was obvious that nobody else really cleaned up elsewhere. Also no garbages around to help with clean up. At two separate events the swipe card to get into the building did not work or the alarm system was not working. At times during our visit there were many alarms going off.

darlene l. | Overall ExperienceThe internet said that customers have access to the units until 10pm. When we got there the staff who registered us said we had to have everything in by 4:40 because that's when he has to lock the doors. Because that would not work for us, he offered us a different unit. We got to that unit and it was locked so, he walked away, without a word. We waited, he came back and offered us an interior unit, which we accepted. When we returned to unload the truck, the double doors to the unit's location would not open, even though it was during the hours that they should have. We pressed the button that said "press button for assistance" and no one responded. Because we could not get our couches through the single door that would open, we chose to unload our belongings in the first open unit we could find. The confusion with the check in for storage made the whole day more than an hour late. I called John at U Haul in Burnsville the next day to explain what had happened. He was very accommodating and let us keep the unit we had moved into but did not apologize or explain why it happened.
