The truck was not clean externally. Seems like if the truck was stored for a long period of time and just given to me as my rental. It had a damaged side skirt that I was afraid could've broken off while using the truck. Otherwise staff was great and for sure will ask to see what I'll be renting before signing a contract. UHaul my have the network established but please don't underestimate customers overall level of quality.Edward V.

Initially, this uhaul was requested to be picked up in Rochester, MN. The reservation for pick up was made on May 5th. On the day of pick up, there were no available trailers - contradicting my reservation made nearly a month in advance. I was told that I needed to drive to a location over an hour away or adjust my moving date - which isn't possible when you're moving from Minnesota to Florida. There was no attempt made to help me, and it was expected of me to fix the issue made by the company. The lack of customer service/assistance in retrieving a trailer was also frustrating. They were not willing to transport any trailer to a closer location. I had to get friends and family to help me retrieve and transport the trailer. This was a mistake by the company and not the customer. Because of the time sensitive move we had to make due, but this should have never happened.Jerry S.

Fix your website to interface with mobile. I tried multiple times to extend our rental online. Every time I select the option it went back to the same selection screen. Also tried chat function and could only input info in the first 2-3 boxes and it wouldn't let me scroll down. Super frustrating in the middle of a stressful move.Paul G.
