The people at this location are excellent. It's U-haul's systems that are terrible. I dropped off the trailer after hours tried to follow the return process on-line, there was no â€œReturn my Truckâ€ option on the U-haul dashboard neither at U-haul.com nor at U-haul.com/share. So it was impossible to perform after hours return online. I called 1-800-468-4285, after being on hold for 5 minutes, a u-haul rep answered but was unfamiliar with the return process, he transferred me to â€œLive Verification Truck Agentâ€ I was on hold for 25 minutes, before agent Katy Malinowski answered, she was pleasant and waived my after-hours drop off fee of $20. She sent me an e-Mail so that I could send her pictures of the dropped off trailer. She advised I call the store in the morning. I called 952-894-6760 at 8:00 am was on hold for 15 minutes and talked to another agent, who told me my trailer was not yet checked in, she had no record of Katy Malinowski's email nor my reply pictures. She tried to talk to someone at the location, was unable to get anyone. She advised that I re-call 952-894-6760 letter this morning to verify they checked in the trailer. An hour later I called that #, it took 2 attempts before someone answered, she verified they received the trailer but could not tell me the charges, I would find those out when Uhaul sends me an e-Mail in a few days. I've wasted a lot of time on hold waiting for people who are unable to help the customer. It's hard to understand how a company that deals with the public can have such incompetent systems. I'll try and rent anywhere else in the future.JOHNATHAN S.
I reserved my enclosed 6 x 12 uHaul online, when my husband went to pick it up they did not have this uHaul at the location. The website told me at time of reservation we would get $50 off if they didn't have what we reserved. They didn't mention this to my husband, I had to bring this up after calling to find out what was taking so long. They told my husband they would give him $50 off and an open trailer. My reservation online was only to be $48. The open trailer was the same price online as the enclosed trailer. We still paid $35. Apparently, $48 minus $50 equals $35.Thomas N.
There wasn't enough people to wait on customers. There was a long wait to be able to check in with the representative even though we had checked in on line ahead of time.Marc W.
This was not my original drop off site. The one I was told to drop off at did not answer their phone and were located in an alley that was nearly unfindable with two differing GPS systems. There was no one there when some locals finally pointed out the single door in a row of doors in an alley with exactly one Uhaul trailer. Since no one was there I tried three other nearby drop off locations. Two refused to accept trailers and the third was closed. I called the national 800 number and was referred to a local office who helped me locate the Burnsville drop off spot. Spent 2 hours driving around with a trailer attached. Worse experience ever in moving! Final location was clean but staff were not friendly. No smiles, how are you today, or thank you for choosing us. Have been a frequent user of Uhaul for many years but will be considering other options in the future.Lynn O.

The storage unit system was down and the whole system crashed at one point. As far as I know this was a nationwide issue, but it can't happen at the beginning of the month. There are too many people moving in and out and it cost me valuable time and money because I was paying movers by the hour.Gracie B.

Horrible, I was to use the u-haul app to pick up early and it didn'tÂ work.Â Was on phone with rep for overÂ an hour. Was finally sent 15 extra miles one way to pick up. No apologies, denied a discount for having to drive all the extra miles at 1.19 a mile. Not gonna ever use or recommend u-haul againTodd A.

Poor customer service attitude. Ripped me off said I owe more money or gas when I put more than needed in it for 22 miles. Drop off was sketchy, they "system" was down so they'd bill me later. I wanted to pick up my equipment early and called down to ask if it was ok. Uhaul picked up within one ring and said â€œplease holdâ€. After a couple minutes I decided to drive and on the way there I stopped for gas. 20 minutes later, when I pulled up to uhaul, I was still on hold. When I walked in two employees we just casually hanging out. I don't blame these employees. Please fix your phones! If someone is put on hold it should be impossible to forget about them. Get a system in place to ensure this is the case!Jeffrey A.
