I rented a U-Haul big truck that matched the size of the storage u it ,one way rental , and was told I would get a FREE month of storage but when I went to claim my free month they told me that it needs to be “forward credit” and they can’t give me a “back credit”. I had the storage unit for 4 months , why can’t I get a credit for a month????? Total scam, false advertising, bait and switch. Just want my free month as I was promised.

When we realized it was not steer level he changed us to outside. He went above and beyond to help us. Wonderful service. I would highly recommend his customer care.

My payment was due in the 2nd of the month and when I went online to pay it on the 2nd you always showed me as past due?? Why are there no partial month refunds. Great for you to get paid double rent when someone moves out early!!

Ann A. | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit was very well maintained and secure. However, the rental cost was ridiculous. It went up over !00% during the course of my rental. Some of the staff need to work on their social skills. Very rude and unprofessional. I gave the staff my extra key to my lock for safe keeping should I lose my primary key. When i checked out, they had no record of their having the key and could not find it.
