I will recommend it to everyone that needs to have a storage unit. the staff is always friendly and will give you a reminder call if you're unit has not been paid up. only things that there is no light inside of the unit. but other than that I had excellent service for 6 years.
Shari W. | Overall ExperienceThe day I moved my stuff out my thing on the ground level I noticed that my someone took 3 screws out on the opening side of my storage so they could get on easy and I also have pictures if needed I have had no problems before but this time I do I told the manager he had gotten a screw and put one in there and said he is going to get to the bottom of it as far as me putting something in the storage no!

Valerie D. | First ImpressionsGood facility, we lit and accessible. My unit was a 6 foot tall one so not good for larger furniture. The downside were the hours, no late access but always great service from the guys and very flexible if I was late on my payments. Great communication.

Shirley D. | Overall ExperienceStaff are unprofessional, lazy and rude. All of my information that was entered into the system was incorrect. Even after verifying multiple times! I called this location for two weeks straight, Monday through Friday and I never got a response. When I asked for a printout for my unit I was told the printer was broke. You all need to do better… this is unacceptable!
Keedra R. | Overall ExperienceI had a horrible experience with the uhaul truck service. I had to go to three locations for the truck out of the way . And then when i tried to put my things in storage, they didn’t have my storage and sent me to two other places as well. The last storage had to split into to storages and by the time they figured it out it was about to close so i had to leave my things on the truck .
