Luis is Absolutely the best he’s very helpful respectful knowledgeable and understanding I really appreciate him in the young lady that was working on Saturday, March 13 she was very helpful and friendly Grace that the only complaint I have is that the storage units needs to be a little bit cleaner other than that everything was perfect for my moving experience

Rats infested and lighting was out for several months. Sensors sucked. Will never do business with U-Haul again.
