Well I moved out on 7/21 not 8/21. And my unit was flooded and destroyed a lot of my personal belongings. I had no way to be compensated for the damage. Which should be the responsibility of the facility since the unit was damaged.
Heather R. | Overall ExperienceFound to have a screw in vehicle’s rear tire after loading trailer and driving down the road. Returned to Mallory U-haul. They were very helpful and prompt in helping me remove trailer to allow my tire to be fixed and then upon return reattached everything. Tough complication was handled very well especially given that it was high 90 degrees and miserable outside.
