LAWAYN G | Primeras impresionesI had this unit for about two years. Move-in was good, two years were good. When I no longer needed it I arranged for help to clear it out. I am 82 years old and could not move my things by myself. My daughter and granddaughter would meet me there to help. It was September but very hot in Nashville. i got there first and rather than wait in my car i checked in and waited inside by the elevator. When the others came i opened the door for them. The manager, Bonnie Conklin, appeared quicky and aggressively treated us as if we were there to do something illegal. I obviously had my checkin credentials and keys but she seemed to think we were there to break in or steal or what else i cannot imagine. Three women, 82, 53 and 25. After escorting us in the elevator, she left. We cleared out the unit and loaded my daughters truck. My daughter took 5 wire hangers and put them in the dumpster. Immediately the manager reappeared and told her she could not do that because she did not have prior permission. 5 wire hangers. She seemed to still assume that we were up to something.. I was planning to turn in my lock and keys and my access code that day (10 days before my lease was up so the unit could be rented out early). Instead, we left, frustrated and angry. I kept the keys until yesterday. Im sure that doesnt hurt your bottom line but it gave me some sense of control, An overall good experience was destroyed by your manager and her actions, she did nothing illegal or beyond her rights but she destroyed my good experience and goodwill, I will NOT recommend this facility or location to anyone in the future,
Marilyn J | Experiencia generalThe supervisor Bonnie was so nice and helpful. We were renting for my daughter for the summer. She attends Trevecca college just down the road. We will definitely be renting again.
MELANIE H | Experiencia generalBonnie and her staff went well above the level of service I expected.
Dave L | Experiencia generalA fantastic experience all the way around.
JOHN D | Experiencia generalBonnie was very accommodating and had many tasks going on at once handling it with ease. Give her a raise.
THOMAS F | Primeras impresionesI’m very frustrated because when I chose this location, I strictly chose it because they gave me an internal first floor storage unit and when I got to the unit, they changed up the contract and said they only had a 10‘ x 12 1/2foot available on the third floor or basement. This was literally a lie online and was extremely frustrated but had no choice because I had to get the furniture in a storage unit. As a result, my daughter will have to deal with a third story storage unit. Overall, it’s a clean unit and appears secure but very frustrated with customer service because they did not come through on what the online service said they were gonna do.
