Brad very helpful not only with the storage but when I needed to rent a truck. I reserved online but when I got there the size I needed had not been returned. He checked the other U-Haul down the road and they had one, which the online system did not show the night before. After I cleaned out my storage unit he handled the closing quickly.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulBradley was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all our questions answered. The facility was clean and well taken care of. I have already reccomended this location to friends looking for storage and will definitely be back if we need storage or a moving truck in the future.
Deneena F | Experiencia generalThe absolute best storage rental ever!!!
RAE G | Experiencia generalI downloaded the app while at location 311 N NW Loop 323 in Tyler , Texas in front of the manager Uvunda Bagley. App would open and close immediatly . I showed her and it did the same thing. Then while trying to do the drop off at 4100 Barksdale Blvd this morning I tried the app again and did the something. I even deleted and reinstalled app and didn’t work. Two people with me loaded app and had same issue. We finally went to the website and hopefully got the truck returned handled as it was before business hours. Not happy with that experience!
RICHARD A | Primeras impresionesWe picked up the vehicle in Georgetown, Texas. The employee was very professional. Thank the employee in South bossier for the reservation. It was smooth sailing. The storage was nice and clean. Thank you u haul. You are the best.
mary w | Experiencia generalThis is the best storage facility I've ever used. The staff is wonderful. I had the best experience.
Jessica F | Experiencia generalThey were always available when we needed help. We had to find a place quickly because of a house flood situation and were so lucky we ended up there. From day one they helped us get a unit set up and safely stored. The only reason we are closing our unit is because we live in Texas and it's a bit far to store things. They have an amazing staff and we highly recommend this location.
Gwen K | Experiencia generalThank u haul helping me. From bossier City to Georgetown, TX had no problem at all with pick up, returning and storage. Will do it again if needed. Thanks and have a great day.
mary w | Primeras impresionesThe recent big price hike is the reason I closed this unit. After 10 years of the price gradually going up and no change in services, I surely did not expect the huge increase this last time. It appears that loyalty has no weight in this business these days, but greed does.
KARON W | Experiencia generalStaff was very helpful
BLAKE K | Primeras impresionesThe employees were like family. The experience could not possibly have gone any better. Thank you u-haul.
Gerald G | Experiencia generalIn addition to the above, the staff was always eager to assist, and went above whenever I had needed assistance. The new manager (Bradley) is doing an excellent job. If I need storage again, I would definitely consider this location.
