EUGENA HI only rented the U-haul for a couple of hours. The associate that helped was friendly and I didn't have to wait.

SHAWNA MThere were continual confirmations for the rental, which ensured that we had one available at that location. However, when we called the main line to initially secure a rental, we were bumped a couple of times back and forth between two locations. That was a part of understanding that customers can show up at any time to secure a vehicle; yes, but it would be better to secure that for the customer who has provided a card to hold that and not change the location. This is especially important if it is late in the evening and the phone calls were intermittently happening over a 15-minute window. It was confusing and we were concerned about the outcome.

SALLY FI was told I would get extra miles due to my move being a military move and having to travel out of the way to weigh empty and full. I was charged for 54 miles when I returned the U-Haul.

PATRICK HTrain your reservation makers better. I reserved by phone. The time i requested for pickup was wrong. The vehicle I towed with was wrong and the location i requested for pickup was wrong. I called and corrected everything before pickup and got it from the location I wanted but all the other information was still wrong thereby making the time it took to make the pickup much longer than it should have been.
RICHARD BThe poor rating has nothing to do with the location, but with the sell checkout process. The experience was horrible and the app froze several times and eventually crashed. When I reopened it, it didn't show that I hadn't competed the process but there was no way to get continue, and it showed that the rental was active, so I just left. I never even got a chance to upload photos of the vehicle or the odometer/fuel gage. The whole process took over an hour. Then the drop-off location for changed to a place further away, which was quite an inconvenience. And after I returned the vehicle (early) I got a message the next morning that they didn't have the code for the lock at the drop-off location, so apparently there was no communication between sites.
Ronald PBradley Howell (at your 4100 Barksdale Blvd) should be recognized by Senior U-Haul leaders for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. My wife and I have moved over 15 times with a 26 year AF Career and 13 year Corporate career and he is simply the BEST U-Haul Manager we have ever met/did business with. He is simply outstanding!!!! Robin RSetting up the reservation we choose the storage as well. I was given option on line to drop off and storage as well. They were at two different locations provided. When we reached this location we found better options in bossier parish closer on both. And also was able to drop off at the same location. The digital system is not as helpful as your employees were. For a better human race, lose the AI and keep hiring good employees. Gracias.

I had parked the truck where I had picked it up and he was passed off because I did not park it in some return area. And no I didnot move the truck.

He said to me look lady I don't have time for this y'all full of shit if y'all want this let me know I got stuff to do and walked out towards the back i was going to leave my car there but I decided not to I tried to drop off at another location but was told I had to return to the same location. I want Coporate office phone number to report him I shouldn't have been treated like this as a colored woman I felt like racism and age discrimination Was a factor I should've had my son beat his ass but I said no he heard EVERY WORD HE SAID
Taraletha BMy only issue with this site was that I dropped off the trailer about 30 minutes before closing and the attendant said that they would email me the receipt. I had to call the next day for them to find the trailer and process the return (posted a day after I returned it). I did receive a receipt, but I felt I had to work for it.
JOSEPH PI made a mistake and booked at wrong location but local team helped me move my location to the one I had originally wanted. This made my experience rating be excellent. Great customer service. Highly recommend this location!!!

April M | Online Move InI rented this unit for almost 2 years. Was not happy about the constant rate increases. Got into the unit at 149 a month ended at 169 a month. Also their system has my card on file for auto pay, yet the first couple months it wouldn't do it so I would get charged a additional 20$ each month and even after that bug was fixed no refund just the customers fault. This has happend numerous times during my stay at uhaul. Also this is not the facility fault but corporate, I can never get in touch with facility it would always go straight to corporate, which made dealing my my stuff at the facility very difficult.

My house burned and I needed to put what was saved in storage until I could get back into my own home! Ya'll have gone up on me in price at least twice and I could barely come up with the 1st. Cost Now it's gone up to $156.00 a month! It's killing me but I don't want to lose my things, precious memories! I'm stressed that I'm struggling to keep from losing my things! I am on my own and barely surviving!

Arthur J | First ImpressionsWe used this location to store our stuff during a move. It was a convenient location and good prices for air conditioned storage. The staff was always friendly and helpful and did go above and beyond most of the time to find me a solution. However, I can't rate 5 stars because there was a roof leak and some of my items got ruined and some damaged. My unit was not the only one effected. If we hadn't been there the day after the rain, not sure we would have found out our unit was effected. However, the staff was helpful and hired movers to move me to a dry unit and gave me a free month's rent. I would recommend this location to others, but will also share my experience of the roof leak. Unfortunate.
