Waited for an hour because the system was down. Employees were nice, apologetic, and did what they can. We were charged extra 60 miles when we only used 13 miles!!! We only used the truck between lexington apartments and the housing behind it. Way to go to over charge customers! I do not recommend this place.Tommie A.

When I placed my order online, I ordered a pull behind trailer to tow my personal vehicle as I had done previously. When I got to the location to pick up the equipment the attendant told me that I was lying that UHaul did not approve the tow equipment. His excuse was that UHaul would not accept responsibility if my vehicle were damaged. Excuse me, I have personal automotive insurance that would cover any damages on my trip. His excuse made no sense, but because of his actions, I have to take an entire day and go back and retrieve my car that I basically had to abandon so I could move. If I had been told at the time of placing the order that I could not use the car trailer, I could have made other arrangements. Because of this single incident, I will take my 24th move to someone else and allow them to earn my business.VANCE L.

Professional staff members whom were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and expressed customer service skills which shocked me. I have my MBA and previous held executive positions which I only could have dreamt of my employees having these impressive. These two employees without question are both a huge positive contribution to your company! They both deserve a pay raise of armrest 15% on their hourly wage. This is a suggestion your company should not second question as if these employers would find employment elsewhere, your location would most likely go to the pits!
