ILDEFONSO M | Experiencia generalYou charged me for this month and I'm not single a unit and I gave you all of your keys back
DAWN M | Experiencia generalAlways at pleasure working with this location
DLawanda L | Experiencia generalSince I had rented a trailer from Texas to Seattle area from U-Haul they were offering the 1st months storage at no cost. The facility itself was clean, the unit was located in a area where there was no loading dock and the elevator was too small for some of our items, we had to go thru a maze from one side of the facility thru a set of doors down a ramp to get to a larger elevator. Showed up at 10:00am in the morning and was unable to access the facility as the sliding doors had not yet been unlocked, I notified the office and a employee came out and used his key to unlock the door. I had to go back up to the office to notify them again that the other doors at the loading dock were also locked, take in mind that this facility had been open for over 3 hours. When I went to the office there was a line backed up to the door, I asked the Lady working there if she could get the door unlocked, she raised her voice and stated to me our systems have been down all morning. I understand this was frustrating for her, but it doesn’t take the system to unlock the doors to the facility it takes a key, she sent an employee to unlock that set of doors so we could access the locker. I checked out of the unit on 6-21-2026 and received a confirmation from U-Haul that I checked out. Fast forward I received a E-Mail from U-Haul that I owe them $124.00 for July’s rent. With this said. The facility was clean and secured. The light in the unit did not work on move out day no big deal. Customers expect to be able to have unencumbered access to their belongings during operating hours without being confronted with a bad attitude from employees that are struggling with their job. Being sent a E-Mail from Larry with U-Haul stating that I owed him money, I found intimidating and harassing. All in all I would say it is a nice facility that is extremely poorly managed. The only reason I used this storage facility was because the 1st month free promotion and I was only going to use this facility short term.
ALAN T | Experiencia generalStaff makes it easy to do business with, experienced no complications whatsoever. Appreciate the courteous interactions and ensuring all my needs are met.
KEIERA S | Experiencia generalCustomer service was poor, the sales representative stated that the long items can be taken to the second floor with the freight elevator. When I was ready to use the freight elevator I could not find it from where I was at on the first floor. I went back to the office and stated that I could not find the freight elevator anywhere. He stated that I would have to load it back into the trailer and drive over to the main loading dock, when I asked why he didn’t tell me that upfront, he just minimized it, and tried to justify that I should have been aware of that and the whole story was one big excuse. I said ok went and loaded the long stuff back into the trailer and drove around. I understand it was Memorial Day, but if the employee acts like it’s a burden for him to be there then why did he even show up. I would not rent from this facility again after this experience, I can deal with the elevator, but the attitude of the staff was unacceptable. Will not be recommending this facility.
ALAN T | Primeras impresionesLike the free first month!
James J | Mudanza en líneaWe have used U-Haul for years and have never had an issue. We finely are moving to a new state and they we excited for us and so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!
cheryl e | Experiencia generalNever an issue here, storage was clean and no damage due to critters etc, clean heated and dry. Staff always professional and very helpful and will continue to rent trucks here and use if storage needs arise again! 5 stars!
FLORENCE H | Experiencia generalStaff was wonderful everyone was help full and caring and supportive they really care about the customer and U-Haul as a business thanks
Trent B | Experiencia generalIt was a great experience at this facility I have used the competitors in the past U-Haul is hands down the best the employees are top notch I will recommend U-Haul
David S | Experiencia generalService was great
doris H | Experiencia generalYou’re the best
ALEX O | Experiencia generalU Haul was a very safe storage area for my Mother's possessions. The only inconvenience was during the times we needed to be there for a longer period to sort items. The lights in the hallways kept going off so one of us would have to walk to the end of the storage block to reactivate the light. Check out was very easy. Thank you.
