This was the absolute worst customer experience I've had in a very long time. The location was very confusing, unorganized and the staff was very unprofessional. It was essentially a gas station that offered uhaul, postage, Bitcoin, food, and western union services (too many things in a very crowded space). The staff was not engaged with the services offered by uhaul and seemed very disinterested and unsupportive. This is definitely not the type of staff that you would want to represent the face of your company. I would highly recommend you to perform a field check (whereas you would send your staff in as a plain clothes customer to this location to evaluate this location as a representative of your brand; preferably a staffer of minority descent). I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

The first address given me, by U-Haul, was for an address that does not accept drop-off's! Evidently this has happened before, because they had a card that they gave me with directions to the actual place. The place that I ended up at was not clean, the clerk was busy running a gas station/convenience store/USPS drop-off point/Western Union office. Once he got to me he was pleasant enough, but I'm glad that I wasn't in a hurry. Overall, I have been very disappointed with U-Haul's customer service (especially on the phone) through this transaction.

- Truck was at different location, 1 mile up the road. - Employee did not want to mark damages on contract because 'no one ever gets charged for damages'. - No one at location at time of return during their listed operating hours. Had to drop off without having anything signed or checked in my presence and pray they wouldn't screw me. - Ended up adding a mile to my odometer. I know because I have pictures.

I had a very poor vehicle towing experience. My 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia was damaged getting onto the trailer and then further when being removed. The front bumper will was significantly damaged on the underside and will possibly need replacement. I had truck and vehicle towing insurance and was told by the manager at the returning location that he was going to file a claim on my behalf.

The vehicle had a little over 3/4 of tank when I picked it up. I put $25 in the vehicle bringing up to the same level. When I pulled in to drop it off a guy by the name of Oscar took the paper saying he was too busy to check it in. I said I wanted him to check everything. He said too busy. I got my receipt with another gas charge. I am disputing the charges. These guys were a joke. I will let everyone know not to go there.

Customer service made us wait more than 30 minutes and we had to wait for him to talk on his cell phone. the dirty place and the equipment did not have it there we had to go away from the store to look for it. Unprofessional and it is a shame until now we have this bad attention because my husband and I have always used uhaul and it is the first time they treat us in this way.

Scam artists, they trick you into spending more than expected. The van was damaged and had a horrible smell. Avoid this location.

Everything was fine until I returned the equipment. I left it over night as it was dropped off after hours. The owner charged me cleaning fees for both the trailer and truck because they were “filfthy” even though there was nothing more than normal in there. He also charged me an extra $22 for gas even though I got gas before returning. The gauge should have said 7/16th however the truck gauge only has 1/4 and 1/2. I put in the exact amount of gas the contract told me to based on the current level and the owner said, “you should have known where 7/16th is, don’t play games.” Because our mortgage fell through AFTER we had already packed up everything and moved we got stuck with over $1000 of extra charges for keeping these units sitting in a driveway for nearly two weeks. The least this guy could have done was been understanding, but instead nit picked and charged me an extra $100 for cleaning and fuel. This is terrible customer service and it’s enoigh to get me to never use that location again and depending on how the situation is handled, maybe not uhaul again either. I have never been charged a cleaning fee from any truck rental I’ve ever had, ever. This is completely unwarranted and a sneaky way for this dealer to make a quick buck. He said he was mad the way I parked the vehicles in his parking lot. Clearly he’s being spiteful with the additional charges.

Small location had to pick up equipment at different location on a side street about a mile from sales office. Sales clerk upon returning equipment was very rude. will NOT use equipment from this location ever again... Very disappointed.

Very slow. Did not go over anything on the vehicle. Was told to take the keys and I would be emailed my recipt. Was over charged for mileage because no one checked befor I left.

Was a nightmare! We did the reservation online, when we arrived to the location for pick the truck, we don’t was in the system, after that we had charge for two trucks, in the same day I was in the phone with u-haul for 1 hour 4:00 am morning , tired and stressed tried get my money back, the lady told me “ yes was a mistake we will refund your money in 3 to 5 business days. When we need Drop off the truck we called costumer service (about 20’ for response) u-haul send us to ANOTHER CITY ?? for received the truck. In the middle of moving we had a storm, we have kids, we was stressed, an U-Haul made us feel super miserable in that day. I’m still waiting for my refund $194,20 !!!!!
