Initially, my experience was horrible, the first two individuals did nothing, a serviceman arrived, but never showed, he hung up on me and would not answer my calls or texts. Soon after Another gentleman contacted me and he resolved the problem. I think his name was Eric. The place I rented the vehicle was very helpful, as usual!LARRY S.

Even though I had a "guaranteed" res, they didn't contact me that the U-HAUL size I chose wasn't available and they said it was "like this all month" - I found out when I was there.JONATHAN K.
The customer service was great. I did everything inline the day before and when I got to the location it was smooth sailing. The employee looked up my name and handed me the keys. He told me where to park my vehicle and even helped me pull out out the parking lot with the rental. When I returned the rental, I put $15 of gas in the tank to return the needle to the original position, I handed back the keys, then received a final email with the completed transaction. They had the wrong starting gas and mileage. So they charged me for 30 miles when I went 5 and $30 fee for not filling back up to starting level when I even filled up over! They said they can't do anything about it and that I had to contact uhual. I've been On the waiting line for 40 minutes with no answer! Not good!Daniel P.
Before going to 901 Belvedere location I had reserved a truck at 4371 Okeechobee Blvd. the service there is extremely poor. This was my second encounter with 4371 and the service is the same. The agent I worked with was not very helpful. I will never return there. My truck was reserved for a 7am pick up and I did not eventually get a truck until hours later and being rerouted to the 901 Belvedere store. I will never use UHaul again.RICHARD B.

Your national call number left us in a pickle when the truck we were supposed to have was not returned on time. The gentleman at this location listened to our needs and set us up with an open trailer that actually worked better for our purposes and cost less. Because he took the time to find what we were moving and how far, our move took half the time we expected. I will always go directly to him from now on!Holly S.

I would absolutely not recommend this location to a friend or family member. The equipment was damaged and needed to be exchanged. The staff we're very hard to deal with and seemed bothered anytime I had an inquiry or question. Also, this location should not even be a U-Haul dealer because they are not set up properly for it... They have no staff to help a customer in a reasonable fashion and the location is extremely tight. The one person who helped me hook up the trailer was very nice however.MOATAZ A.

The employee that processed my rental truck was very rude. He did not explain to me that all I had to do was get a reservation. He just kept saying there were no trucks available. You all need to explain to the customer of a $35 charge for not putting the gas back exactly where it was at when it was received.Shawnta K.
I was promised a 26' truck because other locations did not have a 20' truck as I ordered in mid-October 2021. When I got to location in Lake Worth, Florida, there was no truck at all for me. I was very very upset. The location called this location, Belvedere Mobil, and he had a 20' truck. I then had to make my roommate drive me another 15 minutes to this location. This was very unprofessional on UHaul. I understand it was at the end of the month, a major holiday, and because of the Pandemic. Still, I can not believe there was little to no trucks available.Bruce S.

the truck was very dirty inside and out, I never got an itemized bill when I dropped off the car, nothing...just handed the keys back...no idea what they charged me exactly...the truck also had prior shipping material in the back, which I left there....ROBERT F.

The location was not where I picked. Uhaul changed my schedule to a place farther away and I had to pay extra mileage for your issues. Got to location for a 1pm pickup and was told it wasn't available until 4pm. Very dissatisfied. I shouldn't have had to pay extra mileage that was farther than my destination. Will never use uhaul again. You should not over sell bookings!!Gary G.

The staff was not well trained. They made the Uhaul customers wait til after every single gas station customer was served 30 minutes or more, then several of us were told to 'come back (hours) later' for reasons ranging from equipment not being available to the staff member not knowing how to process our requests. The ONE cargo van they have is badly maintained, the computer indicates there is a problem with the tires but the staff member said Ignore that, it's FINE I reserved the cargo van from 8 am to 8 am, was unable to pick up the vehicle until 10 am, returned it at 730 pm. I asked if I would get any kind of refund & just got laughed at. Truly awful customer service.CRISTINA D.

I had a horrible experience with this uhaul location. First when I rented the truck, the person serving me didn't explain to me that if for any reason I brought back the van 2-3 hours late that I would pay for two days. Also he never explained to me that if I decided to return the truck to any uhaul location in Port St. Lucie ( which is just about 40 miles south of this location) that I will be charged over $500 extra. I was shocked when I was told that. This is the worse part. When I got to the location to rent the truck, the guy mentioned the number of a truck and said that was the only truck he had left for rent. I accepted to take it, so after signing the contract I went into the said truck and realized it wasn't the truck he had rented to me. No one showed me my truck. So I got out of the first truck and went out to check for the right truck I had paid for. I found it and took it and left but not knowing that my wallet had fallen in the first truck I had got into. When I found out I had lost my wallet I called this location dozens of times before someone took the call, and the man who identified himself as Sam was very arrogant and very unhelpful because I explained to him my problem and actually told him I had a feeling the wallet must have fallen in that truck. In the wallet was all my I'd documentation and credit and debit cards. This Sam just told me and I quote â€œ we only have one truck left here and your wallet is not in it. â€œ I asked about the employee who was working there when I came in to get the truck and if he had maybe seen the wallet. This Sam guy said he cannot call for this employee(Oscar) as he would be sleeping and will only get back to work by 2 pm. So I decided to call a friend who worked not too far from the station and asked if he could go over there and take a look for me. At this point I was losing my mind already because I actually believed the truck I was referring to had been rented by someone else. However when my friend got to the mobile station, he took permission from the store and did a video call with me so I could see the trucks that were there. I saw the exact truck I had gone into. I told him that was the truck, he went into the truck and behold the wallet was there. He picked it up and brought to me. So I ended up actually spending $254 for that single rental. It pissed me off so bad. I will never even step near this station anymore. BEWAREBARRY A.

I rented a p/u truck a week in advance. When I got there no truck was available because it wasn't returned. They gave me a cargo van instead which added 3hrs to my jobNIGEL M.

Location was right off the street, part of a gas station so you can top up the tank before leaving. The staff behind the counter were very helpful, completing the finale paper work was a breeze. They notified my the night before that the trailer would not be available the following day at this address but gave me an alternate address 8 minutes away where it would be ready for pickup. All in all very easy quick pickup and go.Philip W.

The uhaul felt like it needed maintenance, the brakes were hard to press and it struggled to go. I did turn the trailer off, which helped a little but could still hear the transmission trying its hardest to go. The inner door liner fell off on passenger door when I opened the door. The mirror on the passenger side was so hard to adjust. I thought it was broken or glued so I was about to ask for a different truck, since I wouldn't be able to see behind me, but my brother came and turned it as hard as he could and was able to adjust it enough for me to see. The people on the inside made it a quick transaction which was good for me. However, when I got outside they told me I couldn't park at the location, I had to park across the street at Taco bell or the bank. So I had to walk back. Thankfully it didn't rain because it was about to. That gas station is too small to have those uhauls tightly parked and no space for the customer to park their own vehicle. Once I dropped the uhaul off, I asked how much will be taken from my card and they said they'll email it to me. My past uhaul experiences they did it on the spot so I know how much is adjusted. Just my preference. I have had better experiences at other locations and will not be returning to this one.VANESSA G.
