Super quick and easy. I have used this location a couple times in the last 2 month. Always clean, good customer service, direct and to the point, easy to find, and ready to go! I definitely be using the place in the future!

Tim FZiisser employee was very nice and helpful and made sure I had everything we needed for the big move. Nice doing business with
DANIEL FUpon booking, my reservation stated I could pick up the equipment from Zisser Tire and would have the equipment until 4pm. When we picked up, the employee told us return time was 12pm, which was not relayed upon online reservation. The employee then confirmed if we could not return by 12pm to hold onto the equipment until Monday, which we did. This was clearly not communicated to anyone else because by Sunday I had received emails and texts stating that U-Haul wanted to speak with me regarding not returning the equipment. I called and the representative confirmed that the Zisser tire location closes their gate at a certain time and that if we weren’t given an after hours code, holding onto the equipment until Monday was correct. Although this ended fine, it caused confusion for us as renters. If a location cannot accommodate returns that align with the information that a renter receives upon booking, then it should not be an option upon reservation
KYLE GI was charged the $15 coverage fee and when I booked it, I declined that service. I also put too much gas into the van upon returning and the person who checked me out didn’t try to compensate for the overage. I have done this in the past and things have been done.
