The customer service was outstanding the employee was very friendly and personable.
The pick up location was very professional. The issue was with the online reservation which guaranteed a trailer only to find out none was available so I had to drive 35 miles each way to get the trailer then had to drive 35 miles each way again (140 total) to drop it back off at the pick up location. Reservations should not be taken if a local location doesn't have the item.

Excellent people and Service on every occasion over the last few years
This place was excellent. Dan was very professional and took the time explain everything. This rental was during the time of the Covid 19 virus pandemic. Dan brought all the paperwork out so we didn't have to enter the building. A very pleasant experience in every way. The trailer was perfect as always. UHaul is a great company that I use very often. Thanks Dan and UHaul for everything.

The o'fallon location was incredibly clean well maintained with professional customer service as to the Peoria location still has not updated any information in regards to my return have not received my deposit and I cannot use my card at any ATM Bank or any location of that matter
The location is very convenient to return it every year. But I hate the way you hijacked my phone - requiring me to take a picture of my license and upload it, requiring me to take pictures of the vehicle when I took possession of it (and I had to submit photos within 15 minutes of getting the vehicle - which was difficult because someone parked it over a marsh). Service up until this year had been excellent - but I prefer to deal with people - not technology. Also, to make things better for future clients - it would be nice to get the average mpg of the vehicle - that information wasn't on my paperwork and I didn't think to ask.
