The truck was clean. All equipment was imperfect, working harder, this made our move much easier.
JEFFERY HDropped off afters hours checked in myself and they felt the need to charge me 40 dollars after hours fee. Don't be a uhaul location if your not gunna accept trucks after hours. Some people are from out of town and just need to get home and don't have the time to wait to turn during your banker hours!!
SETH CThe Drop off point I was directed to was closed on Thursdays. I arrived at 1250 pm, the sign on the door said "back at 1 o'clock".I waited for 20 minuets before going back to the door only to read another sign advising "closed Thursdays". Called u-haul and was redirected to a different drop off 10 miles away.
DANIEL BTrucks need to improve more when they are for long trips, for example, cross control where you can connect the phone a little, at least for more comfort.
