Trailer had a flat tire. I had to return it and get another trailer. Lost an Hour and a half. Called 800 GO UHAUL, took 14 minutes to speak to someone, then got disconnected. Another waste of my time!

In general the online process was very good. However, the truck had some issues with it's AC. Fortunately, we were only using it for a day, but it wasn't up to a long distance move. As for the location. They aren't terrible, but I wouldn't say customer service is a big push for them.

They did not inform me that the gates would be closed after the automotive shop closed so my car was locked behind the gate. After calling uhaul they pretty much told me they can’t help and to take the uhaul for the night.

Being a business owner myself, I was very pleased with the staff. They were very kind, helpful, and cared that we understood all the services available to us. The truck was clean, and we were happy to see a paperless system that worked just as it was explained. Great Services, and caring people.

their premise is locked after hours and at the front gate there is only room for one truck to be left. One was already present, so we had to drive back home (extra milage) and return the following day... time from work since they didnt open until 8am.

I made reservation for truck with appliance dolly at zisser tire orginally. When i got there, they did not have appliance dolly so i had to go to another location ( lake st louis) to pick up truck and dolly. They did call other location but we had to go to second location to get everything we needed. I did return to truck to zisser but they then had trouble finalizing bill.

Make sure truck is clean no live ammunition in truck and be sure they enter proper return location

When a customer calls to make changes to their contract...Change it immediately!!! Not when they’ve been inconvenienced the next day at check in at another U-Haul location. Being told that they’re being charged double the rate because the other location never amended the contract after the conversation. Luckily I didn’t just drop the keys in the drop box and find out once my card was changed 2x the rate because of staff negligence.

When you go to the truck to find out its current gas tank level ... get in the truck to check it. If you just open the driver's side door to check the fuel gauge it will look (because of your perspective) higher than it actually is. If on the other hand you get in the truck to view it, your perspective will be that of somebody who is driving the truck and ... you'll get a more accurate reading of the fuel gauge.

The kid that was ringing me out didn’t really know what he was doing. Didn’t tell me what time to bring it back or when they closed or that I couldn’t drop it off after they closed. I drove the trailer all the way back to their lot just to turn back around because they closed early that day and failed to mention that. They were also closed the next day. So I tried calling the 1800 number to try and figure it out that day and got nowhere. So I tried again the next day and about an hour after being on the phone with them trying to find a place I could drop it off I mentioned a U-Haul close to me and she said that would work. I will never use U-Haul again this was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to another person.

Cigarette butts in the vehicle. Tank was not full to start even though In the system it said I had to return it full. Manager said he could not change it but would make a note at the desk. It was an after hours return so I have to rely on the morning shift to read a post it and hope that I am not overcharged. To top it off I asked where I should park my personal vehicle before leaving and was assured where I was is fine. When I return the truck they had locked the entire lot with gates so I was stranded there for awhile until someone with access happened to come by and opened the gate. He said “you were lucky” I came by. I should not have to be lucky just to get my vehicle back after paying to rent a truck. I should not have to feel lucky to not be charged for gas that someone else did not fill. Will never rent from here again.

I had to wait 10 minutes while the counter guy try to sell a trailer hitch to a person on the phone. the desk area was clean but it is in the middle of a tire shop. Not real in inviting. He was going to charged me a fuel charge until I told him that the truck has a problem with the fuel gauge and that in did not read accurately until the vehicle was started. Did not charge me the fuel charge.

I reserved my truck for 10am. I received a call at 915 and was told that my truck would not be back until noon. I called at noon and was told my truck still had not been brought back. Called back again at 2 and was told truck still had not been brought back. Finally got my truck at 4:10. 6 hours later after my reservation time. No discount was offered to me and not trying to get another truck for me was offered either,. I am very upset about this whole and will not use U-Haul again.

Dropped off on Sunday and gate was open so drove in and stopped where it says. Did not know drop box was on the front gate. There was nothing to tell you what to do when no one is there. This was the second place we stopped because the first location told us they had too many uhauls.
