John MTim was awesome. Everything was fantastic. I have no complaints whatsoever. The truck was great. No worries. I will recommend this location.
SCOTT GThis is not a reflection on the location, but the app was NOT working right when I went to pick up the truck. I was taking pictures and they would not save. I had good service in the location so that was not an issue. I ended up having to call customer service. They helped me and also made note that the dolly to move furniture was not strapped in and we did not rent that, so I did not want to be changed for it. I was also upset that the local location did not have a truck and i had to drive 20 miles in the opposite direction of my move to get one, costing us more money. Great customer service would have been if they moved the truck to the local location for me. While i do appreciate the $10 discount, the mileage cost me way more than planned.
Kristina CEasy access , self drop off and site worked and completed paperwork without any problems
