we picked up the truck with half tank of fuel, returned the truck with half tank of fuel and when we closed out we were charged $15 for fuel, wondering how that works, before and after pictures were taken.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis van was full of furniture that someone had left in it the last time. I had to unload it before I could use it. The gas tank was left past empty with 4 miles left. It took that to get to the nearest station. The van stinks inside had dog hair on the seats and was nasty inside. Someone has definitely smoked in the van. Made what was supposed to be a simple trip a complete nightmare.
