My check in process was great. I actually arrived when the location was closing. The young lady was actually locking the door when I pulled up. She, without any hesitation or attitude, opened up and checked me in. She was very pleasant and courtesy. However, check out was another story. While checking out, I checked "I don't agree with the charges" and requested for someone to call me. Well, no one called but yet my card was charged - AFTER I said I didn't agree with the charges and wanted to discuss. I will be charging back this fee, and request someone to contact me.

Previous user of the truck left the driver's area dirty. There was dried out mud on the floor. Also, the gas tank was left on empty.
BYRON HI have been charged for 3 times the number of miles than I actually put on the vehicle!
Charles HIt was quite confusing as there were no clear instructions. The APP kept acting up and shutting down. Finally, after reaching out to customer service it was revealed that I was supposed to receive a text message with the lock box and combination. Needless to say it took me an hour to pick up the truck. I do like the fact that its self service and it wasn't expensive at all. Would use again if I had to.
