Charges that l denied is been charged to me. Gas level was not as indicated on paper. Had to call the rep to verify and correct on my sign document. At drop off uhaul is still charging me for gas level l took the teuck. This is more frustrating and bad customer experience. I will walk in to demand my credit. Its an indirect stealing from customer.

Make sure your trucks are clean before pick up,the interior was too dirty afraid to drop a thing to avoid infection. Could not use the air conditioning cause I couldn't afford to breathe in the dusty and smelly vent.Was given a wrong calculation which was over a thousand dollars extra...though was later adjusted but it almost gave me a heart attack...a call would have been better to reconfirm before that horrible figure was sent for deduction from my account, what if it went through,I would have been making endless call for refund. Who will use a uhaul for less than 24hrs and drive for over a thousand mile...

My vehicle had a very slow gas gauge. I way over- filled the tank beyond the suggested refill level.

1. TPMS Light was on when I rented/started the truck so I was concerned if I was going to get a flat tire while in route. 2. I got charged $14 for SAFEMOVE when that is not what I requested in my online reservation but the counter agent automatically added it anyway. 3. I got charged $72.58 but my bill from UHAUL contract says $67.01. Total Overcharged $19.57

Make sure the rental is available at the correct scheduled time. I had to wait after for an hour before the Uhaul was returned and 1 hour and 10 mins past my time that I reserved.

I picked up the truck on Saturday at 12:30 PM and returned it the same day by 7 PM. They charged me for an extra day, sent an email to the company and they have yet to respond. If 6.5 hours is more than a day please tell me that. Also, the contract said 7/8 of a tank and it was on 3/4. That didn’t bother me till now.
