The customer service was outstanding when I arrived I was greeted with in mins the processing of the truck took mins and I was on my way ...the guy was extremely friendly and explained everything i should know and some great trips . I really dislike it when the tank is not full. It's not easy to guestimate what amount of gas is needed to replace what is used. I feel like I'd put in more just to be certain and so then you benefit from that. Always annoys me.

Make the experience of booking a u haul, to going to the location, to picking it up. The guy spent a long time on the computer verifying our reservation. It would be great if you could go in, scan a bar code, and then have the guy help you set it up. No wait, no hastle.

Vehicle smelled a bit, but otherwise fine. Much more efficient than the last uhaul location I rented from.

The location was a little 'rough' looking.... but more importantly was that we noticed the rear driver side blinker did not work when we got the truck to our destination. We are lucky we didn't cause an accident or face a ticket, but this is very dangerous.

To speed things up, have the trailer pulled out of its storage area and ready to hook up if at all possible. If there is no room, I understand. Your parking lot was rather full at the time so you could not do this for me and i understand. Excellent service overall.

The place were i picked up the truck, the customer serice was awful. The guy swore at me in his language. He thinks i dont understand him but i do. I SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE. He also told me that i have to fill it upto half tank. The tank was a bit less then half and i pointed it out to him and asked him why i should fill up the gas to half when im not recieving it to half. He said i had to or leave the truck. As i was driving up the hill outside of his shop the gas needle fell inbetween less than half and a quarter tank. I drove a total of 10 to 15 km and it went down to a quarter tank, i filled up gass for $15 and it was exactly on half wven thlugh i didnt use 15 dollars of gas. I am disgusted by the customer service rep. I dont recommend this garage to any to pick up thier uhaul. I actully never want to use your company ever again and i feel thatbi deserve a complete refund after the headache i recidved from this customer service rep. I will be posting my experience kn social meadia so pepple can avoid situwtoons like this. I cannot believe uhaul and your reps would treat someone like this.

The problems we dealt with today were not a fault of the pick up location, but Uhaul itself. We were scheduled to pick up a 10' truck at 9:00am at the pickup location on Laird Drive. Instead we were given a 15' truck at 10:00am at an alternate location. Not only this, but the previous people using the truck were late on returning it. Thankfully the men at the shop allowed us to use a different truck. They were very helpful unlike Uhaul who put me on hold for 30 minutes and transferred me 3 times.

The office at the pick-up location is in the back of a garage (somewhat difficult to find) and not the cleanest or customer friendly environment. Staff were cordial but nothing special in the area of customer service.

was redirected from the 995 Danforth ave location when the retail clerk, Matt, was antagonistic and became physical with me making contact. I do not appreciate being lunged at by a Uhaul employee, the 995 Danforth ave location was out of the way for me and when I arrived I was treated poorly this revue is for the 995 Danforth ave location of the original pick up address Matt should learn to be respectful of clients time as well as personal space I will think about continuing to use Uhaul for my business as I have been doing the last couple of years
