My second time renting from here in the last couple months and the experience was equally as good as the first time. I was early for my pick up but that was no problem. Was greeted and processed promptly. When I returned the van, I handed over the keys, we did a quick check of the mileage and fuel and my receipt was then sent to me on the spot. This is my go to spot for renting a van/truck in the city!Bryan K.
Your app did not work for me. Still had to interact with the staff a lot, despite contactless pickup. Needed rental for 4 hours but pick up took 20 minutes which counted towards my time. Overall unimpressed and will find a different service next time.Gregory S.

Make your drop off checkers do their job !! The UHAUL location at 35 york street saint catharines doesn't accept drop offs, so Why are you sending customers to the wrong location ?? Why are your employees lazy to do their job and keep sending people to further locations. Aren't you supposed to stick to what is in the contract??Idriss N.

When I arrived the vehicle that I had booked online was not available. The gentleman at the counter went above & beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I had a mobile pick up for 430. The truck can't in early and the person at the front desk said he could help. I thought that he would just pull my rental period forward. Turns out, he added an extra cost for something called SafeMove which he didn't inform me about. So I ended up paying more than what I signed up for.SAMIR P.

The location manager was very aggressive; intimidating me when I inquired to extend my rental. This was my first time renting a uHaul, and I didn't expect to use the van as much as I did. I had asked for an extension twice already (1:00pm & 5:00pm), but by the end of the day I asked for a third extension, when I was out West and knew I wouldn't be able to return it during office hours, the manager was yelling at me explaining that I HAD TO RETURN IT. He said that for every hour after his location was closed, he would charge me $100. He said that he would call the police and that I must return the van. I told him I'd call customer service and verify this because I knew he was lying â€“ he got very upset at that and said that would say the same. I asked if he had any appointments which he needed it for, and he said he did, but then he said he didn't another time. I called customer service and asked if I could extend my rental. They said yes, and I asked is there a limit. They said there is no limit, so I extended to return it at 10:00am the next day. Moreover, I read on the website about the ease of returning vehicles after hours - like this was a function of many locations. I return the vehicle and the manager says nothing. No yelling and bullying like he had on the phoneâ€¦â€¦ I was shocked at the lack of respect this manager had for the franchise he was operating. From my interaction with this uHaul location, it seemed inconsistent with the uHaul branding, and I felt that I was really just renting from some guy who felt he could make his own rules and that these were his customers, when I really just came for the uHaul experienceâ€¦.. which was not very good for my firs time.MANNING W.
