I would like a full refund for this rental due to the unacceptable experience I had. I had to call roadside assistance twice and was left waiting for hours in the heat. The poor management and lack of timely assistance made an already stressful moving experience even worse. On top of that, the moving help I had arranged canceled, which caused additional delays and complications. Overall, this rental experience was extremely disappointing and far below the level of service I expected. I am requesting a full refund for the rental and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

Mariana CThe original drop off location in Forney was full and not taking any drop offs. The person answering the phone (Forney) was rude and not helpful. I call Scotty Party Pak and she said come on down. A big thanks to Scotty Party Pak for their help.
