Visited location twice. The lady that worked there was racist. First visited she did not lease a truck she claimed she could not find my address in the system but she found my name. I had previously rented numerous trucks. Second time Scheduled to pick up a truck at 10:00 Saturday morning. I arrived around 10:35 and she if I would not have arrived in the next 20 minutes she was going to give my truck away. I ask why she would say that I was standing in front of her. She said she could have and still can. That was the only truck that size in my area so I was at her mercy so I kept my mouth close. I will not go back ever.
