absolutely horrible, HORRIBLE customer service.rude and didn't even check around the trailer. got pulled over for lights not being plugged in properly. just awful.

No real concerns. I needed the equipment for a couple days longer than planned and they were very accommodating.
Make sure you clean the snow off the truck before you give it to a customer. I had a 830am appointment and I had to wait around for the agent for ten to 15 minutes, and he lacked enthusiasm and social skills.
We could not get ahold of anyone at the store and called numerous times after having a problem with the truck. Left a number and still no call back
I ordered furniture pads with my rental and did not receive them. When I tried calling to see if I could get them, I was hung up on not once but twice. I gave up on trying to get the pads and moved anyway. When I returned the truck, the clerk (or manager) just made excuses and said he was working on trucks all day and the service is who hung up on me rather than apologizing. Had I not said I wanted a refund of the pads, he would not have offered it. He didn't even apologize! He actually tried to tell me I didn't order the pads! I will not recommend this location again. Very disappointed.
Consider having more than one person working as I experienced 5+ minute waits at both pick up and drop off.

The guy at the front desk was not very friendly. Door said â€œno mask, no problemâ€ not sure what that's about either.
The manager was very nice and friendly. The cargo van I rented was in great condition. The process was easy. My only complaint is that I tried 5 times over the previous two days to reserve it by phone and no one ever answered the phone. When I walked in there was only one van available and only until 4PM. Fortunately I didn't need it longer than that.
Customer service was very poor which is a shame because I usually have good experiences here and am a returning customer. I'll be bringing my business elsewhere from now on, representative was very rude.
Second encounter with the same employee and his level of professionalism is poor. His tone and body language makes you feel as if you bothering him when you as a question regarding your rental. It's not like I'm asking what was last night's game score. I've rented from this location on numerous occasions with no issues so I know this store can do better. I did have a one on one conversation with this employee on side. Did he get where I was coming from as a customer, I highly doubt it. Would I rent from uhaul again? Yes but if I have another poor experience with this individual. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe this employee is in under a little pressure and need a little time off to regroup. I really hate giving bad reviews, especially during these tough pandemic times but seeing that this my 2nd experience and you guys sent the survey, here you go. P.S. After this encounter I went to Lowe's and bought a trailer to avoid dealing with this again. Thanks for the past rentals.
The lock box locks need to be routinely checked and maintained because mine didn't work. The truck I was then switched into needed an oil change and had cigarette butts all over it.

The truck cab had hair on the seats - a lot of it - which was gross. But more importantly you need more employees working on weekends. Picking up and return both took far longer than necessary due to only one employee working. He was doing his best, but it should not have been all on him during a peak time.
There was only one person working which made the process slow as at least 6 people were waiting but said employee did a good job and got through it as best as possible. Really nice trailer though
