shane howe | Overall ExperienceThe reservation for the truck and trailer was messed up when I arrived, the facility canceled my storage reservation with out notice and forced me to get a smaller unit which not everything would fit and had to keep the truck for a couple days late to find some where to put the rest of my stuff which ended up being the trash very un satisfied but I will say the staff was very friendly and helpful

The only recommendation for improvement is that thr storage units need lighting inside as its pretty dark and dangerous. I bumped my head a few times moving things out from the the wood planks above being so low if you have a unit on the lower level. Almost got vertigo, but learned quickly to duct your head when moving things to avoid going to ER.
