The staff was totally helpful and always courteous! The young lady was truly impressive with her knowledge, expertise and always eager to answer and help me every time I went.

shane h | Overall ExperienceThe reservation for the truck and trailer was messed up when I arrived, the facility canceled my storage reservation with out notice and forced me to get a smaller unit which not everything would fit and had to keep the truck for a couple days late to find some where to put the rest of my stuff which ended up being the trash very un satisfied but I will say the staff was very friendly and helpful

Derrick A | Overall ExperienceStephen and his staff are phenomenal and provide excellent customer service. The only recommendation for improvement is that thr storage units need lighting inside as its pretty dark and dangerous. I bumped my head a few times moving things out from the the wood planks above being so low if you have a unit on the lower level. Almost got vertigo, but learned quickly to duct your head when moving things to avoid going to ER.
