They didn’t account for the tow trailer being attached to the back of the box truck and attempted to charge me a late fee. Use your eyes
SHANE MEverything was great. 5 stars
Andrew Bwe returned after hours. It would be helpful if the onsite personnel would advise us on the return process. I had to call customer service and then drive back to the location to find the spot to scan on a door that was not obvious to me the first time.
MICHAEL SMy main complaint is with UHaul, not this location at all. I very, very much dislike that I cannot rely on UHaul to confirm and stand by a pickup location. I did not want this location and it resulted in extra mileage charges since it was so far away from where I was starting my move. I live in Maine and much of the state is rural with long distances between UHaul locations. This was a relatively minor issue THIS time, but I have had times in the oast when UHaul wants me to pick up a truck an hour or more from where I am or want to pick it up when there is a much, much closer location that is selected originally. To need to plan a moving day carefully and not know if you will need an hour or 2 more before you even start until right before the actual day is very stressful and potentially dangerous during an already stressful and long day of moving. This is a bad business practice from a customer point of view, even if it saves you money.
