samantha hThe UHaul website and app are both awful. My order didn't show up on either despite having "added an order" multiple times. I had to call customer service to find out if the boxes had been picked up and when they would be delivered. Customer service agents were universally helpful and pleasant. Boxes arrived two days later than predicted and now UHaul is trying to charge me for an additional monthly rental fee which I'm in the process of disputing. Your system is too fragmented and the digital interfaces are worthless. It's not that difficult to create a new tracking system (heck, just put airpods in each box) so we know where our boxes are. I wouldn't use UHaul again unless they do a major overhaul of their systems.

JEANNE BThere were too many pads. I left 6-7 unopened bags full with the driver who picked up the full U-Boxes in Florida. There was no room to put them in the boxes.
