I was very thankful that JRZ Auto stayed after hours for me. I had originally reserved my trailer at Finer Consigner on Church St. and when I had arrived to pick it up they were close. I called the reservations number, and they make several attempts (and an hour later) to contact that representative with no success. They were then able to contact JRZ, and they made sure that I was able to pick up a trailer.

The gentleman that we picked up the trailer from was incredibly kind and helpful! I was very nervous picking up (due to timing I had to pick up while my hubby would be the one driving for our trip) and not to sound too much like a girl but my backing up skills are very lacking. The gentleman helping me made me feel very comfortable and helped back up my van to get the trailer hooked up.
