Jack WWhile I did experience some frustrations with the U-Haul app the day before picking up the truck, everything got better when Linda came into the picture. Linda called me from JRz Auto Body when I was on my way to pick up the truck and trailer; she assured me everything was all set and there was nothing to worry about. She even said, "take your time and stop for coffee if you need to; I'll be here and if anything happens and you can't make it before we close, just call me, I live nearby." That made my whole day. Just hearing those words helped erase the technical glitches on the app the night before. A few more Lindas would make this world a better place.
Tracy HCustomer service was fantastic. She was very helpful, knowledgable and easy to work with. Marshfield was not a good experience at all. He was rude, disrespectful and not pleasant to work with.

Justin GThis location and Linda in particular are wonderful. Your 24 hour app needs some improvement. 1. I verified the unit and location of my rental the night before. Between then and 7:30 the next morning, the parking lot was full with returned units completely blocking my rental in. I contacted support and was told they would assign me a new unit. There is no way the agent could really tell the second unit was not blocked in, it was. I had to wait until the location opened at 9 AM to initiate the rental. Linda tells me she has no way of knowing how many units will be returned as oneway rentals 2. I understood the rental is for 24 hours and originally thought I might get the unit back on site on the evening of the rental. With the late start, I finished up later than anticipated and returned the unit the following morning but within the 24-hour rental period. Linda was aware this would likely happen. The app charged me for two rental periods. I have since been refunded for the second rental period.
