When we checked the truck and trailer in the person was very nice and very welcoming but the space to park the truck and where to turn it in it was very small and very hard to get into. I would use this place again however just because the person that worked with us was just so helpful and just so nice very personable.Jermaine H.

The only problem I had with the location was that my GPS took me the wrong direction on Division street. I had turned around, and was looking for a place to pull over so that I could contact UHaul about a different drop off location, when I saw all the UHaul trucks and pulled in. The people were very friendly and efficient, and I had the truck turned in and was on my way in just a few minutes.GREGORY R.

I tried calling the location and no one answered. They claim they never heard the phone, but no one was there when we pulled in. A young lady pulled in a couple of minutes after we got there. The place was disgusting!, dirty and not in a very good part of town. We found three other locations that were closer to the house than the one we were sent to.Shelly W.

I couldn't get in touch with the business that had my rental to tell them that I was running late due to issues with my storage unit. I left 2 messages and when I got there to pick up my truck they told me they almost cancelled my rental. I paid for a dolly but it was not in my truck. I had to go back for it and it took a while for them to verify I did pay for it.DIANNA S.

The person doing the contracts was inept at her job. She struggled to simply rent an appliance dolly for one day. She ended up charging me for 2 days saying when I returned the dolly I would end up only being charged for one. It took between 30-45 minutes each time to complete a simple transaction. The strap on the appliance dolly would not even fit my fridge. I would avoid this place at all costs.Dave B.
Make sure you count the shipping pads. Ordered 12 and was given 11. I did not realize this until I was at my destination 1200 miles later. Fortunately I was not charged for the missing pad.Benjamin H.
