Steve PorterAll honesty- the pick up location in springfield MO, 1161 division street was horrible. It was the equivalent to a trailer park, trash everywhere, bad service, It was uninviting. I felt almost unsafe.
Andrew McQueenThe equipment was in good shape and the employees were very kind, however, the shop is very unkept and quite gross. Garbage piled up all over. I would recommend this location to a friend if they didn't have to go inside. The uhaul portion of the experience was great, but the shop leaves a lot of room for improvement.

Darren AveryI PICKED THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY HAD LISTED THAT THEY WERE OPEN UNTIL 3, WE ARRIVED AROUND 1 TO DROP A TRAILER OFF AND ALL LIGHTS WERE OFF AND DOOR WAS LOCKED. HOURS ON THE DOOR STATED THEY SHOULDVE BEEN OPEN. NO LOCKS ON ANY TRAILERS AND IT MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE LEAVING THE TRAILER THERE AND TRUSTING IT WOULD BE CHECKED IN. I FOLLOWED ALL OF THE STEPS TO RETURN THE TRAILER VIA WEBSITE, TOOK EXTRA PICS AND EVEN CALLED ANOTHER LOCATION TO SEE IF I COULD CHANGE MY DROP OF LOCATION BUT WAS TOLD NO. THE HOURS SHOULD BE UPDATED SO PEOPLE ARENT LIED TO BECAUSE I NEVER DO THE AFTER HOURS DROP OFF BECAUSE I WANT TO HAVE PROOF I DROPPED IT OFF. NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR ANYTHING, JUST ONE ASKING FOR A REVIEW SO HERE YOU GO!
Katie RodriguezCheck the cab of the truck and clean it. The truck had a a haf-drank bottle of tea in it, newspapers between the seats and a sticky spill in the passenger side cup holder and on the floor. There was no windshield wiper fluid.

Larry JarmanThe lady who waited on me acted inconvenienced when I came in. After she checked out the truch she was very nice. The main thing is to clean up the customer area. It is very dirty and cluttered. What you require the customers to do should be emulated by the staff/ business.

Dee Ann SlimpThe office n lot was a mess. The lady that finished our reservation was not dressed as I have seen other I haul workers. But not at this location. This was the first n last time I would use this place. One of the tires were very low. Good thing we only had to move a vehicle short ride. There best of the visit was a young man that sa me n my daughter looking at his cars At the lot ? He allowed my daughter test drive it and was very nice and helped us pass the time for the finalized paper work. To start the paperwork took forever to get printed and getting us out the door. Then the car tow was blocked in by a customers vehicle. But after the car had set there for so long another man came out w a dolly to move the car hauler for us to get hooked up n on the road All got handled and in the end the results were made. I

Uhaul was supposed to be open until 9pm but at 7pm the repair shop employee stated that they went home early I had to return to get a receipt for the tow dolly the next morning Employee stated that she was unaware of me dropping it there the previous evening but then contradicted her self by saying she already had checked it in I got my receipt and left place was a dump

Lawrence WilliamsI had a temp paper license while waiting for the regular one. Tried to pre check in using that paper one. Failed 4 times on the reverse side and finally gave up. Gal at pickup confirmed that it happens to them too. That's a fault in your early check in system.

Parker PaynePull reserved truck up so that no other truck can block it in. I reserved truck for 7am at another location. It was changed to this location and mobile check out as the business did not open until later; however, when I arrived to check out the truck was dirty, smelled horribly, and was blocked in by another truck preventing me from pulling out until someone arrived with keys to move it. I explained and instead of an apology or understanding, was blown off with we don’t open until 8 and can’t do anything about a truck being returned in the middle of the night. Well, actually if the truck I reserved was pulled out for ease of use where no one could’ve blocked it in that would’ve been easy for them to do and considerate. Also the equipment I paid for prior in my reservation and verified the day before as being in the truck and ready for me (as I was new to mobile check out and asked the business’s hours as I had reservation for 7 and business didn’t open until 8) was NOT in the truck and I had to drive to another uhaul location to get the equipment once I realized it wasn’t in the truck. Very disappointed in this specific location, but very happy with overall uhaul locations and services.
