I couldn't get in touch with the business that had my rental to tell them that I was running late due to issues with my storage unit. I left 2 messages and when I got there to pick up my truck they told me they almost cancelled my rental. I paid for a dolly but it was not in my truck. I had to go back for it and it took a while for them to verify I did pay for it.

This was not the cleanest facility. Staff was courteous and friendly.

The person doing the contracts was inept at her job. She struggled to simply rent an appliance dolly for one day. She ended up charging me for 2 days saying when I returned the dolly I would end up only being charged for one. It took between 30-45 minutes each time to complete a simple transaction. The strap on the appliance dolly would not even fit my fridge. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Make sure you count the shipping pads. Ordered 12 and was given 11. I did not realize this until I was at my destination 1200 miles later. Fortunately I was not charged for the missing pad.

This place is unkept to be polite, and the truck was filthy. The attendant was OK. The truck's cab was unclean; dirty interior, floor, upholstery, dash, ash tray full of butts. Generally disgusting and unsuitable for U Haul, especially given this time of pandemic The cargo area was OK, but not swept out. The truck was extremely noisy; exhaust loud, wind noise. Luckily had a can of Lysol. Was in a hurry, should have checked closer before leaving. Bad 400 mile experience.

Liked the Customer service this location practices among its customers. After dealing all evening with the campbell location and their lack of care and service I would highly recommend the division location and their manager for anyone needing uhaul services

The employee,several times, ignored my sale and attended other customers during my transaction. No assistance was provided to attach the trailer, which was parked in the mud. The parking lost was very full of vehicles not U-Haul related and it was somewhat difficult to maneuver thru the lot.
