Told me I was short blankets before he looked in the computer to see how many I had. A little accusatory. Not real friendly when I called in for extensions. Was good first Time, but when I called I he second time “ we’ll you will have to call the company”. Why can’t the dealer do the extension?

Accidentally went to location on Colorado first. The guy in there was just rude to me - I didn't realize there was another site (which I am not grateful there was). I would absolutely use the VTwin location again but your other location is extremely unprofessional, crowded - poor access - rude guy in there - the women were nice.
