Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Drop off was quick and easy. As with the pick up location the personnel in Spearfish were on the ball and made it as simple and convenient as possible.

Make sure the vehicle is drive able and alignment is right and that there is washer fluid for window. Also become more knowledgeable about the insurance offered through uhaul.

Tires on auto transport were under-inflated by 15 psi; Mud/dirt on floorboards of the 26' truck; if the storage area of the 26' truck had been swept, it was not well done.

I reserved a trailer in rapid city a week+ prior to needing it. The day before I needed it, they told me they didn’t have it any any of the 3 locations in town and I would need to drive an extra hour/50 miles both ways. They refused to drive the trailer down to rapid city, saying they couldn’t do that, even though it was their mistake, not sure if it was a clerical error, or what. Poor customer service.

The instructions on what to do with the dolley and blankets was not clear. UHaul assumes that all people like to do online reporting, checking in, etc, which is not my case. I prefer to have someone to speak with and have them look over everything. I don't like standing in the cold having to take pictures.
