Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis location was good. I was irritated with the 2426 S Cobb Dr location because they texted me 2 hours prior to pickup to ask me to call them. I called them and they told me that I had to go get a truck at this A1 location. I was assured that if A1 didn’t have the handtruck I reserved I could drive back to the 2416 location to get one. I got to A1, there’s no handtruck, I call 2416, and the gentleman I spoke to said they were out of them. The experience from 2416 felt unprofessional. I booked a reservation of a truck and equipment and they didn’t follow through on any of it. If I knew of A1 prior, I would’ve booked straight through them.
erin mThey don't do paper receipts like the other location. Just by email only .
Letecia HGreat experience!
David HGreat staff. I left a bag of shirts in the rental van and they called me back the next day to let me know that they had my bag. Nice girls!
