Maybe the next time a customer comes in, the receptionist could be friendly and help explain the process instead of trying to intimidate customers and have them sign papers without explaining anything. I asked her how the charges were made and she started to explain and then jumped to a different topic and never answered my question. When I had changed my mind to include the I insurance for the uhaul, she glared at me and said she'll include it but won't print me the paper because that would be waiting trees. Also, while we were mid conversation she got really defensive and turned her monitor, which almost resulted in it falling to the floor, and said "you can't look at this, you're not supposed to see this." She did this while we were talking and maintaining eye contact. It was a very frustrating experience. To top it off, the stores hours are listed to close at 6:30 for this location. I arrived at 6:15 after filling up the uhaul beyond the 5/7th tank, and no one was in the office. I hope this does not result in additional charges. Overall I enjoyed using the truck. The product was great, but i will not return to the same location to rent one.

Reserved a truck from another location and received a call the next morning that my truck would not be available so they have me a new location to pickup (not a problem since it was close. Went to the new location and was told no trucks were available but suggested another location several miles away has a truck.

Give customers good directions from the street; I was not familiar with the area and the streets can be overwhelming with the number of different stores trying to find the place. I couldn't find it until I decided just to park and get out to walk.

Had reservation but it took 95 minutes to process. My reservation was accidently deleted by someone at the U-Haul end but when we tried to get it back it was gone. By re-reserving, the rate went up $60.00. This was on 8/11/18 and as of today, 9/24/18, it still not resolved. VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am so very frustrated. Incidentally, I am on hold trying to resolve this again as I type this I've been on the phone for almost 20 minutes. You have lost a customer regardless of when this gets resolved unless you pull some miracle out oy your hat.

Unlikely, as the mileage noted on the contract was 700 miles in error,at 8150 instead of the 8800+ that it should have been, and I was given very little guidance by staff, resulting in my being overcharged.

The truck was having a faulty gas indicator. Even it is showing full, actual gas level was 10 gallons lesser than full level. With the policy to return the gas level indicator to full resulted in loss of money. Got a refund of 10 against loss running into almost 25$, and unsympathetic behavior from Staff

I was charged $10 safe move and I didn't get asked nor did I authorize that charge. I declined that insurance when I set up the order online. It asked twice and both times I declined. I also was charged twice for this rental. One charge is still pending and has not been released from my account causing my account to become overdrawn. Then the other charge was charged after I returned the Van. This is a despicable way of doing business. I have been waiting for a call back from an area manager for 4 days and no one has called. I am very disappointed in the process for disputing charges. Why do I have to wait for a callback to correct a charge that was falsely given? I was told that I would receive a callback two different days (occasions) when I called yet no one has called me to straighten this out. I would like a response to my comments.

Hello my name is Dante, my profession is retail sale management and I dont usually write reviews however I must say, this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. This man made insults towards me because I asked him to do a inspection with me on the condition of the Uhaul before I took possession. He totally disrespected me, and threaten to cancel my order when I demanded better customer service. This place is a rotten place to deal with, no one should be treated like I was treated.

THERE WAS NO FURNITURE DOLLY AVAILABLE EVEN THOUGH I PAID TO RENT ONE. I DISPUTED THE CHARGE DURING THE RETURN PROCESS. I HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE, 7 DAYS LATER I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE DOLLY.

I arrived exactly 10 minuted before my scheduled pickup of 2pm and the door was locked. I called the number on the door and a lady answered, I asked her to open the door, she said she was not there but was on the way. I decided to walk up the street and have a bite to eat and wait. When she finally she gave me conflicting information on the payment process. I thought I had already paid via the reservation site, she stated that they just placed a hold on my account and that i pay there. So i handed her my debit card and after she ran my card i received instant notification that my account was debited $82.00 and some change. The quote that I received was $72.00 and some change. I asked her what the discrepancy was and she then stated that she didnt actually run the card, it will be placed on hold until i brought the truck back. I explained to her that she is not correct as the funds has already come out of my account and was $10.00 more than I owed. Because she was relentless in continuing to press the narrative that she placed my payment on hold, I moved on to the second question regarding the payment discrepancy. She then said i needed to call my bank, i told her that i had them on the line and they have not placed any type hold on my card; I then asked her to contact someone that could provide answers; she contact someone at another office and pretty much they stated that I needed to call my bank. My bank does not have a hold on my account nor did it place a hold at the time of purchase. I am overcharged without any resolution. So no, I will definitly never reccommend this location to anyone!

Why recommend a 3party when you have a location on Cumberland. A1 had almost no supplies so we went to Home Depot. Ignition sticks badly and I got a vehicle w 1/4 take of gas. You got it a day early with 1/2 tank. Seems like a scam to me. If I rent from uHaul again I will require full tank of gas.

A1 Storage Inc. Location is hard to find and is not directly on South Cobb Drive nor is the sign easily seen from the main road. Truck Was Not On Full when I picked it up/received It. I had to put $20.00 Gas Immediately Driving away from A1 Storage Inc.

Reserved an appliance dolly but there was none available when we arrived. We told the agent that we needed a dolly since we were moving a washer/dryer. She was very apologetic and accommodating...she allowed us to use the shop dolly [although not with the strap] for free and deducted the rental price of the dolly. Great customer service!
