I called and the lady who answered the phone at 5:15pm stated they closed at 5:30pm. I was 30 minutes away and in rush hour traffic in Atlanta..The employee waited for me to arrive at 5:50pm. That's service! I strongly recommend if you are looking for great service this U-Haul location has it…

Asgri ATo improve for the next customer, I suggest there need to be a clear understanding about the equipment being placed inside truck upon renting. However, I ordered a furniture dolly and there was no dolly on the van when I arrived. Nor did I have time to ask an associate to bring it out being that it was supposed to already be on the van. Also, I was still charged for furniture dolly and would like a refund.
Zhane WI did not receive my full reservation. Several items in my reservation were not available, but I paid for them. When I tried to get a refund for them, I followed customer services directions fully and no one reached out to me.

Randy LMy truck smelled like cigarettes/weed and had not been clean as there was remnants of ashes and tobacco everywhere. The office was organized with the process. I've been to others where I've had to look for a truck all over the city even though I had one reserved. I didn't ask for another one because I was on a tight timetable

Grayson CThe 2 juvenile racists representatives that represent this brand at that location really need to learn business etiquette and professionalism. If the customer has questions about a Uhaul rental be prepared to answer the questions of a paying customer. This service isn't free and representatives of the brand should be capable of responding to Uhaul questions unless they have some kind of bias against an educated customer. Will be considering filing harassment charges in 2024.

Wanda HThis location was super convenient; but I would appreciate better signage/details about where to park. There were lots of other trucks; and it is also a storage unit location, so we weren't sure whether or not we were in the way. However, it was still an easy and quick self-return process; and we'd rent again from this location if needed.

Jonathan DThe equipment in the order (dolly) was not provided. I had to find another location to get the dolly. Someone else's drink was left in the van. The process to access the car was cumbersome and took us almost an hour taking up our reservation time. That could have been better if we had the ability to do some of it prior to checkin and without having to wait on a chat with an agent. At that point, should've had the representative present than doing it yourself.

Coleton WStaff is very rude. The pads we paid for were soaking wet! We couldn't even use them. They had a mandatory 50 mile minimum that was never disclosed to us when renting. We went less than 30 miles. To force us into a 50 mile contract and not disclose that during truck reservation is ridiculous! When reserving online it says they close at 5:30pm but they told me and other customers that they close at 5:00 pm or earlier. They are rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again.

lance mThe air conditioning in the truck rented needs to be recharged. It blows hot air sometimes. The truck needs a front end alignment as well to keep the tires wearing correctly.

Sandra MThis location is the worst U haul I have ever used. They cheated me by applying their gas charge on top of my bill, charging for 4 gallons,at $5 per gallon, when I had only driven 30 miles and I had added over 2 1/2 gallons just prior to returning truck. The location agent whose name is Noeliso hung up on me when I called back to question the transaction and was exceptionally rude and dismissive when I went to the location to talk about it. When I said I was going to submit a negative review she basically scoffed, rolled her eyes and said " I dont care" How this place can stay in business is a mystery to me when the attitude of the staff is completely without customer respect.
