Love the ease of your mobile check in. Truck was dirty which brought concern on your company sanitizing the trucks in between rentals. The cargo had items from previous renter and the driving area did not appear as though it was wiped down.

They truck was not clean. It had and old used dental floss in cup hold. Truck was vacuum out. Please clean truck after every rent. There is an pandemic going one, AND YOU DONT KNOW WHO IS CLEAN AND WHO IS NOT .

I tried to change my reservation via telephone and the staff was very unprofessional. On the day of rental, I called 7 times prior to my arrival and no one answered the phone. In addition, I had to wait close to 10 minutes for someone to come to the front door. The truck was dirty and they had the gas tank on full (F) when it was clearly NOT on F (I have the pictures to prove it). I returned it with a full tank to avoid being changed for gas.

I didn't go inside. Just dropped the contract and keys into the box. But it wasn't sketchy, so that's a plus.

They falsely claim I returned the gas below the level I picked up the truck. They then over charged me an exorbitant amount and called it a so called " wrong destinatikn" charge. There is nothing on my contract called "wrong destination" penalty or fee. My contract says they supposed to charge additional current daily rate fee at time of rental. My total daily amount was $76. Twice that is not $230 that was charged. Then they charged me extra fuel charge which is plain "theft". I even had to put gas twice at the gas station just to make sure I got it exactly to the same spot on gas gauge. The drive from gas station on salem rd to location is about 3-5 miles( Salem rd to Dogwood rd).

They added miles to my rental that i didn't even use. I drove 13 miles but they said i drove 21 and they charged me for gas when i brought it back how i got it

There was no ramp on the truck, that made moving appliances unnecessarily difficult. Also the gas cap was missing off the truck. I never thought these things would be missing so I didnt think to check. I regret using this location.

For starters, assuring equipment is in riding conditions! I picked up a truck was told that the ac will kick in after driving for a little while. I loaded my 26" footer, needless to say in the HEAT... after loading it I jumped in the uhaul and was driving, noticing the air NEVER kicked in, as told it would prior to loading! Had to drive 6 hours without air!!!! The worse experience EVER!!! Oh. and the check engine light was on the whole time..!!!
