Had a reservation. The location did not have any furniture dolly's, which I had reserved also. My card was still charged for them, which the guy did say he would credit me back for. Brought it back, I didn't fill the tank back up and knew i was going to get charged for it but was charged for 7 gallons of fuel for 18.7 miles driven...pretty sure the miles per gallon isn't that bad, even on a U.Haul!!!! I will be contacting customer service.

Trailer was dirty and had not had maintenance. It was full of road grime, and road sand from the previous rental. Tire pressures were not checked. I did all the above after I got the trailer home before loading my vehicle. The staff was more interested in their cell phones/videos/pictures than they were in me, the customer. In addition, the young man behind the counter needs a lesson in proper language (save the profanity for his own time) when in front of customers.

The service actually picking up the equipment was fine, but I called the day before because it was a different location than I had requested. When I asked if there was any way I could get the equipment moved to the location I had requested, the guy just say "no", which just immediately put me off. I did get ahold of corporate UHAUL later that day and the lady I talked to was very nice and explained why the equipment couldn't be moved. I still don't agree with that from a customer service perspective (I think the trucks should be able to be moved, at least to an actual UHAL location), but at least I got a lot more than just a "no".

I did not receive a copy of my contract. The person who attached the trailer said he would email it. He has my correct email and I never received it. Thus, when it was time to return, I had to refer to my truck rental contract. This is unacceptible.

Two issues: 1. Agent was not on site until way after 9 AM, even so pick-up was arranged for 8:00 AM Pick-up. 2. Truck # JH3532A had a cracked windshield, for which I was blamed upon drop-off, even so it was marked as pre-existing damage.

While the office isn’t fancy, the friendly and helpful service was just what I needed after a 1,250 mike drive from Texas! I had forgotten my tow receiver in San Antonio, and the new one from O’Reilly Auto didn’t quite fit - but they were happy to grind down the end of new receiver so that it fit properly, and get me on my way!

They wanted to charge an extra $10 as my driver was there 10 minutes early; yeah, an hour late I could see, but what the hell are they going to do, wait for a 10 minute rental?

The truck had mulitple lights on. Oil light, tool like a wrench light was on, but the scariest was the breaks. When u put your foot on the breaks it squealed and was pretty scary.

This place is a dump. After being given a filthy truck they have the audacity to make an unauthorized cleaning charge of $26 on my credit card. I am informing my card company not to authorize this charge.

Do not have the national call center pretend they are answering for the local U-Haul location. Called both the pick-up and drop-off location via their local number. I asked specific questions and it was never mentioned that I could not pickup my nor drop off my rental at the location dialed. Result, I got to drive around many more miles and wait in traffic for an extra hour. Not appreciated at all!!!!!!!!!! I will try Budget rental next time - hoping they are not using a national call center.
