How U-Haul Reviews WorkCharlie was motivated and friendly to return to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely go to him if I need renting again.
David EI was just told to drop it with others and go.
Amanda SConfusing location hours plus I made the reservation at the West 11th location and picked the trailer up at a different location The trailer worked wonderfully!
Walt BThe guy in charge there was very unfriendly, unprofessional and acted as if we were nothing him. Also on our receipt we were charged $11.00 for two gallons of gas and we already fueled the truck with $5.02. I fail to see how we used $16.00 in gas for just 7.74 miles. I have never had this kind of treatment from U-haul, ever!!! I will not be renting from this location again!
